Frequently Asked Questions

  • We’re a DfE and NTP-approved tuition partner, meaning that we undergo audits on behalf of the DfE and that you can reclaim up to 50% of our one-to-one and small group tuition costs from government funding. All of our teachers hold QTS, Enhanced DBS, are TRA-verified and appointed in line with KCSIE, as well as having rich classroom experience. You’re in safe hands.

  • All of our tuition plans are personalised to your pupils based on their data. This enables us to provide you with accurate, regular reporting throughout the programme and evaluate its impact. We will also conduct an initial consultation to discuss your goals for your pupils’ learning support so we can help you to achieve your desired results.

  • We can organise a school-premises programme in as little as three days! If we need to schedule in-home tuition directly with parents, then we typically need a week or so to find dates and times that meet their convenience.

  • Our tuition can take place on an individual basis or in small groups. Whether you require a last-minute learning support solution or long-term provision, we offer flexible solutions which allow you to customise your learners’ experience to suit their needs.

  • Yes! Our experienced teachers monitor student progress and engagement throughout the programme and report progress to you weekly. We also measure student confidence before and after each of our tuition programmes. This allows us to provide clarity for schools over the impact of their investment in our tuition.

  • Very little! Our onboarding and set-up process is simple and requires schools to complete a short data extract. Once set-up information is provided we take care of the rest - scheduling, parent and student comms, delivery and reporting.

  • We believe we have the most stringent safeguarding processes in the industry - as a DfE and NTP-approved Tuition Partner, we undergo annual safeguarding audits on behalf of the DfE, and always seek to exceed their requirements.

For example, the requirement for accreditation is to validate tutor DBS statuses annually, but we have invested in a bespoke system to automatically check these on a weekly basis.

  • Yes, we take data protection law very seriously and regularly run Data Protection Impact Assessments, have strong Information Security controls, and only process the minimum amount of personal data in order to facilitate our service. Additionally, we are registered with the ICO as Data Controllers.
